Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) is a method that allows the assessment and evaluation of all the environmental impacts that arise during the life cycle of a product or during the production of the same product under different production process conditions or during the production of different products.
Our company has extensive experience in the implementation of LCA studies, using the program SimaPro 9 (PRé Consultants BV), in various projects such as:
– anaerobic digestion and co-digestion of end-of-life products or by-products for biogas production
– recovery of metals from magnetic materials
– management and utilization of waste glass
– production of pure alumina from CaO-Al2O3 slag2O3
– production of biosurfactants and bio plasticizers from used oily streams etc.
