Certification of Tourist Accommodation

According to the provisions of Ministerial Decision 12868, which determines the inclusion of furnished rooms-apartments for rent in five (5) categories of keys, each business is required to collect at least the number of points that constitutes the base of the category in which it would be classified.

Our Certified Engineer from the List of Private Engineers of the Ministry of Tourism undertakes the drafting of the necessary technical report of non-main hotel accommodation, after checking the mandatory and optional criteria, regarding the buildings, equipment and services provided of the furnished rooms-apartments. Then, our certified engineer prepares, sign and submit these documents to Regional Tourism Service to issue the Certification.
