The goal of the DELOS project was the development of an electronic e-learning platform for the operation and management of biogas production units. The contents of the electronic platform, concern the process of anaerobic digestion and the operation of biogas units and were developed taking into account the main educational needs and gaps of the stakeholders and the personnel, employed in the anaerobic digestion units.
The methodology followed for the DELOS project derives from three main, strongly interrelated aspects, including the learning objective, the learning outcomes and the specific qualifications that the participants will acquire in the e-learning process. These qualifications can be described as the knowledge, perception, skills and abilities that ultimately lead to a successful performance of workers in biogas plants.
