Energy Certificates

Based on the Regulation on the Energy Performance of Buildings (Government Gazette 2367B΄/12-7-2017), which forms the framework of principles and determines the terms and conditions for improving the energy efficiency of buildings, as well as the Technical Guidelines of the Technical Chamber of Greece, the energy inspection of a building is carried out and the energy certificate for this building is issued.

With the Energy Performance Certificate a building or a specific part of it is classified in one of the nine energy categories (A+ to H).

Our Certified Energy Inspector undertakes the energy inspection of your premises, the collection of the necessary supporting documents and the issuance of the Energy Performance Certificate.
