The topographical diagram should accurately depict the boundaries of a property, as well as the existing buildings, located within it. The topographical diagram is necessary for the issuance of a building permit, as well as for notarial acts. According to the current legislation the coordinates of the peaks should be referred to the state coordinate system EGSA ’87.
