The event of the ADRION TRAINEE project for the presentation of the planned Transnational Postgraduate Programme of Studies with the Department of Chemical Engineering of the University of Patras, on Tuesday 12 September 2023 at the Conference and Cultural Centre of the University of Patras, was completed with great success.
At the event, the curriculum of the Postgraduate Programme was presented, while important speeches were delivered by the project partners. The duration of the Transnational Master's Programme will be two years with the last semester dedicated to practical training and thesis writing. The courses, which will be taught in the postgraduate programme of Renewable Energy Sources, are chemical, biological, geological, ecological, engineering and techno-economic. The Postgraduate Programme is expected to start in Academ. The graduate program will start in the academic year 2024-25.
Students and stakeholders from public and private institutions related to Renewable Energy Sources had the opportunity to attend the speeches.
The participating partners in the project come from six countries: Greece, Croatia, Italy, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Croatia, Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. The coordinator of the project is the University of Patras - Department of Chemical Engineering and the participants are Alma Mater Studiorum - University of Bologna, IUAV University of Venice, University of Zagreb - Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Algebra University College - Croatia, University of Novi Sad - Faculty of Technical Science, International University of Sarajevo, University of Tirana and three companies Green Technologies E. P.E. - Patras Greece, Energo-data - Croatia and Solar Info Community srl. - Italy.
The project is funded by the INTERREG V-B Adriatic-Ionian ADRION Programme 2014-2020 Extraordinary Fifth call for proposals - Priority Axes 1 and 2.
